Katrina was born in Coventry on September 21 1997 to Mr Darren and Mrs Samantha Hall.After succumbing to meningicocal septicemia Katrina spent her whole and be it short life apart from a couple of weeks before her 1st birthday in Birmingham Childrens Hospital and Walsgrave Hospita Coventry undergoing radical new treatments and surgical procedures by an amazing and such a huge medical team giving and doing everything they could to try save her life and then reabilitate her,sadly Katrina was struck down again with Meningitis not long after leaving hospital to come home full term,she just wasn't strong enough to make it despite such a fight,she showed such courage strength and determination to the very last minute,her smiles and giggles kept me and everyone around her going on a daily basis,The love she shared with us was so unique and very special even if for only 11 months and 2 weeks.On 21/09/2015 it will be Katrina's 18th Birthday and myself Samantha and our families want to remember Katrina in a very special way by raising awareness again and hopefully vital funds via donations for the work to carry on against the fight of this killer disease.
